Projects

I have one project and am also a project manager of L'option durable with Elian as the CEO and other strong team members with strong execution capabilities. In the PlayPal.com project I am partnering with Bayern as the CEO, all the projects are in line aiming at the trends that are currently taking place in this 21st century. Two of the projects touching on matters pertaining to climate change and responsible consumption and production as the SDGs are being discussed at the World Economic Forum AGMs cum United Nations Industrial Development Organization. The 3rd project is all about online gaming since most organizations are heading in the dot com direction,  we all know that everyone wants to do everything in the comfort of their homes since the pandemic taught us a lesson. Who knows if another pandemic will hit us hard in the future?  And we will still need to survive in any way!

"It is not done until it is done" as Former President Nelson Mandela. This projects can be done and will have tremendous returns!

I am pleased to have Elkana Mugodo Mweseli as the Fundraising strategist. With KATC,CPA(K),CPS(K),BBM(MOI) academic qualifications.

Our financial fundraising strategist for all the three projects below.

He has over 17 years NGO working experience in financial management, organization development, managing grants,Human Resource management, Risk assement, organisational theory &  behaviour, organisational management, auditing, taxation, legal framework, corporate planning & management, strategic planning & management among other crucial ideologies for the well being of the projects.

This project aims at responsible production, consumption cum decent work for a billion unemployed youth in the coming years as we head to 2030 with the AI revolution emerging a threat to most jobs and stimulation of economic growth in line with the SDGs.The point of responsible production comes in when textile waste is recycled to come up with new textile garments instead of being dumped on the environment causing land environmental  pollution. It applies the green technology(re-cycling) concept to produce value addition to the textile waste. The point of responsible consumption is addressed when utilization of the textile waste is processed to new textile without having to deplete our natural resources and also material substitution concept so as to use environmental friendly substitutes to make clothes.Responsible consumption & ethics in business comes where by a billion people can be able to buy new affordable fashion at a cost of some $3.00 instead of quite a lot of money that is used to buy new Gucci, Louis Vuitton and other products.Well I know that this textile companies my want to interfere with operations and will can opt to consider a horizontal merger with the companies with us being the holding company.

The point of decent work and hence economic stimulation to exponential heights comes in where people are employed to work in the L'option durable factories hence curbing the problem of unemployment for skilled youth and hence this improves their livings standards which results to economic growth.

According to research this project shows a feasibility test of success of 98,99% provided capital since it targets at solving several problems according to the SDGs unemployment being the major chainsaw shutting away our dreams of achieving in life.

In partnership with my colleagues we can make the fashion industry of tomorrow tremendous by reducing carbon footprint from textile industries by coming up with an eco-friendly way of production that best favours our environment since carbon aerosols has adverse effects to not only the environment but also humans to since it combines with oxygen to form carbon monoxide which can result to suffocation.

Electrostatic Precipitation for diesel & petrol automobiles to minimize the carbon foot print emission.

I as the team leader(CEO)-Thorne Hans Mweseli came up with the project basing on physics knowledge and featuring a colleague of mine George as the (COO). I came up with the project of electrostatic precipitation for automobiles that use fuel(petrol & diesel) so as to reduce the carbon emissions from automobiles exhaust systems by 99.9% effectiveness basing on some electrostatics physics knowledge. The physics concept uses what is know as corona discharge to reduce the carbon footprint to the environment which has adverse effects to both humans and the environment and this carbon emissions also trigger climate change which is very crucial topic of discussion all around the continent. The  black smoke emission according to scientists is both harmful to the environment & human health. The small size carbon particles are carried by the wind for long distances & settle on the water bodies making then less acidic and this affect aquaculture. The soot also affects crops when it settles on the leaves of crops there by inhibiting transpiration and this there by results to stunted growth of crops there by resulting to the hunger strikes due to less crop production to cater for the entire population. We are really hurting ourselves with our own acts. For what reason should we continue suffering a lot about climate change and there is a solution that mitigates the impact of carbon in the atmosphere by at least 99.9% effectively.

Catalytic converters have been used before in automobiles to 'reduce' the so called carbon particles from exhaust gas but we must have forgotten that catalytic converters  are made of materials such as palladium and platinum which are oxidizing agents and therefore they oxide the carbon monoxide from automobile exhaust to harmful carbon dioxide which affects humans negatively when inhaled and this causes lung problems and breathing difficulties.

An electrostatic precipitator is very neutral on its functionality and has no health effects at all.

The key questions I figured out is that will these automobiles go extinct anytime soon even when EVs are being manufactured?(Research question)

Will everyone in the continent afford an EV?Obviously No.It's also nice sometimes to be considerate of the welfare of others cum take care of our environment and try as much as possible to be carbon neutral. The gadget in store that I have will mitigate effectively on this issue of exhaust emissions.

The future is bright with online gaming

In this project Bayern a colleague of mine is the team leader cum CEO while I play the role of a project manager as well as the COO for the meantime. Since the dot com boom struck the continent in 1995 it came with lots of opportunities all the the way from study tools, social media platforms, online gaming and lots of opportunities.

The online arena is continually expanding day in day out. Since Starlink fast internet by Elon Musk is speculated to be launched in Kenya by around the 2nd quarter of this year, much more opportunities will emerge from the online arena.

PlayPal.com will be a modified version of a betting site/app that will automatically pair registered gamers with the game they would like to play for instance "pool" then each person will stake an amount like KES 100 then when the game ends the winner will obtain KES 200 then upon withdrawal to mobile money services like MPESA,an amount of 10 will be retained in the app/site then the winner gets KES 190.That's how PayPal.com will  generate it revenues and profits. An overview of the earnings that will be according to the rise of online gaming and the smart phone rise and upgrading day in dat out.

There are a lo t of procedures to be complied with in this project so as to operate legally like an application fees paid to BCLB(body controlling online gaming in Kenya),negotiations with a willing  telecommunication company to receive a pay bill number,Insuarence as required by the bank and other various applications that are necessary that require funding. But the project feasibility test indicates a Rate of Return of 99.9% once it hits the markets globally with due time and the profits & revenues will grow to exponential phase as more advancements and integration of new games into the PlayPal.com website will be done as it gains stability.

I talked to a very good app developer and the project is very possible on with compliance with the regulations and application processes. A quotation of the app development will be done after the legalities are met. The development will also require funding due to the cloud  services required, data providers, totalisation, bookmakers fee, Premium Rated

Services (PRS) and more procedures in addition, labour and time input.

PlayPal.com will also have different servers globally and will also move with trends such as Non-Fungible Tokens in the future to create a portfolio of investments(Projection and Mission for the future)
